Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026

Operated by Yonit Tanenbaum, Tel Aviv, Israel.

This Privacy Policy explains how Resonate To Win ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, processes, and protects your personal data and confidential information, particularly when you submit materials or contact us.

1. Data collection and purpose

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with our website:

  • Free deck review Form: We collect your name, email address, your selection of whether the deck is intended for buyers or investors, and the sales or pitch deck file (PDF, up to 10MB) or link. This information is collected solely to evaluate your materials and provide you with our custom, asynchronous, high-impact review of the top 3 recommended changes.
  • Contact Form: On the About page, we collect your name, email address, and message to respond directly to your custom partnership, speaking, or program inquiries.
  • Optional Mailing-List Consent: If you select the optional checkbox on the form ("Send me occasional insights on positioning and GTM"), we record your consent to send you periodic tactical GTM newsletters and updates. You can revoke this consent at any time.

2. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not use third-party marketing trackers.

To monitor site reliability and traffic trends without invading your privacy, we utilize Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is a cookieless, privacy-first web analytic service that does not track individuals or store personal identifiers.

3. Pitch deck discretion & confidentiality

Discretion is standard practice here. Your deck is reviewed exclusively by Yonit Tanenbaum and stays strictly private. We never share your deck, your company name, or your raw materials with any third party.

We regularly work under formal Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with clients in highly sensitive sectors including defense, cybersecurity, and deep tech. Any educational content or insights shared publicly about common pitch patterns are completely anonymized, consolidated, and stripped of all identifying attributes so that neither you nor your organization can ever be identified.

4. Third-party data processors

To run our services securely, we share your data with the following GDPR-compliant processors:

  • Tally: Our custom forms are built on Tally. Tally is based in the European Union (EU) and stores all data securely on servers within the EU.
  • Google Workspace: We process emails, reviews, and client communication using secure, enterprise-grade Google Workspace vaults.

5. Data retention

We retain your submitted forms and sales or pitch decks only as long as necessary to complete the requested GTM review or follow up on initial consultations. Personal records are retained for a maximum of 24 months from your last active interaction with us, after which they are securely deleted, unless a longer retention period is required by legal obligations or active consulting NDAs.

6. Data-subject rights

You have the right to access, rectify, or request the absolute erasure of your personal data stored in our systems at any time.

To exercise your privacy rights, please submit a request via the Contact Form on our About page. We will process and confirm your request within 30 days.

7. Minors

Our services and content are tailored exclusively for professional B2B founders, tech executives, and corporate leaders. They are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update our Privacy Policy periodically to reflect shifts in operational standards or regulations. Any changes will be published directly on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
